With years of experience, I provide precise diagnoses and develop personalized action plans so we can work together to achieve a healthier, more optimal version of you.
I played college football and rugby at FAU, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. After college, I pursued bodybuilding and strength training, which deepened my passion for recovery and helping people feel their best.

Dr. Kris Biegel

Hello, my name is Dr. Kris Biegel and I am a holistic provider whose specialty is to address your complaints with adjusting, myofascial work, taping, cupping and other various modalities. My passion for health and wellness has always been instilled in me, especially during my time in the USMC. After honorably discharging, I studied Kinesiology at The Pennsylvania State University, where I also pursued a career in personal training. After graduating from Penn State, I relocated to the sunny state of Florida to pursue my Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine. While in chiropractic school, I completed an internship at Scott AirForce Base in IL where I further developed the tools to diagnose and treat my patients with exceptional care.
As a chiropractor in Jupiter, FL, I specialize in working with athletes, including bodybuilders and golfers, to enhance performance and prevent injuries. I take a holistic approach, addressing the entire body rather than focusing solely on the area of pain. With my extensive background in human anatomy and exercise science, we’ll develop a personalized plan to help you achieve pain-free living and optimize your game.

Dr. Elle Biegel is a dedicated chiropractor and Florida native from Miami who specializes in sports injuries, rehabilitation, pediatrics, and personal injury care by utilizing evidence-based techniques and tailoring personalized treatment plans.
Beyond her practice, Dr. Biegel is the visionary behind The Metal Chiro and has provided care to renowned tours including notable artists and crews from: Megadeth, Creed, Sum 41, Train, REO Speedwagon, Hawthorne Heights, Hollywood Undead, Switchfoot, Yellowcard, Third Eye Blind, and many more.
